Carmen Aviles is an associate with The Lanier Law Firm's intellectual property
group in Palo Alto, California. She joined The Lanier Law Firm in 2009
after working two years at a San Francisco law practice in various
areas of civil litigation.
Ms. Aviles earned her law degree from the University Of San Francisco School Of Law. While in law school, she was awarded the CALI award in Intellectual Property and the Best Brief for Moot Court. Prior to law school, she earned degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology as well as Psychology from UC Berkeley.
Ms. Aviles is admitted to practice before the California State Courts, all U.S. District Courts in California as well as the Eastern District of Texas.
Ms. Aviles lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family and is an avid long-distance runner.
