Chris Fonville joined The Lanier Law Firm in 2012. Chris’ litigation experience includes representing plaintiffs in a variety of areas including toxic tort, pharmaceutical, product liability, securities fraud, and catastrophic injuries.

Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm, Mr. Fonville worked at two nationally recognized trial law firms where he represented clients from all over the country in the courts of Washington, Texas, Illinois, Florida, New York, Delaware, and federal courts. His work has resulted in settlements and awards in excess of $100 Million for his clients. H Texas Magazine named him one of “Houston’s Top Lawyers For the People” in 2009 and 2010. 

Mr. Fonville graduated from the University of Houston 1996 and received his JD from Texas Wesleyan Law School in 2002. In 2003, he was admitted to the Texas Bar.

He is also an active member of The Houston Trial Lawyers Association, The Texas Trial Lawyers Association and The American Association for Justice.
