Jack L. White is a member of the Issues & Appeals Group of The Lanier Law Firm. Mr. White joined The Lanier Law Firm after serving as a Law Clerk for Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr., on the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. White received his BS and BSCE in 1995 from the United States Military Academy, where he was awarded West Point Cadet of the Year in 1992. He received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2003 from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Pepperdine Law Review, winner of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's Tournament of Champions, winner of the annual Dalsimer Moot Court Competition, President of the Christian Legal Society and a member of Order of the Barristers and Order of the Coif. After earning his law degree, he served as a Law Clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
Mr. White's previous focus has been on litigation matters, with an emphasis on securities, white collar, bankruptcy and real estate cases, in state and federal courts. He also has substantial experience in appellate law. In addition, Mr. White has particular interests in Education Law and informing educators and law enforcement officials of their abilities to keep public schools safe.
He is a member of the Christian Legal Society and The Federalist Society for Law and Public Studies. Mr. White is married to his wife, Lizbeth. They have three children: Michael, Alexis and Jackie III.
