Kyle Beale, an associate at The Lanier Law Firm, is a native of Kilgore, Texas. An experienced trial lawyer with many years of legal experience, he represents clients in cases involving mass torts and exposure to deadly asbestos.
Mr. Beale is a veteran of the U.S. Army, including serving during the first Gulf War. After his military service, he earned his law degree at Baylor Law School before joining the Tyler office of a Dallas-based firm where he worked in a variety of cases involving premises liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, commercial liability, environmental matters and mass torts. He went on to form his own law firm until joining a Houston firm where he handled cases involving injured railroad workers, including protecting their rights under the Federal Employer's Liability Act and the Rail Labor Act.
Mr. Beale joined The Lanier Law Firm in 2008. He lives in Houston with his wife Brandy and their sons Kendall and Jackson.
