Lee Cirsch is an attorney in The Lanier Law Firm’s Los Angeles office with years of experience litigating business and commercial disputes; mass tort and consumer protection class actions; pharmaceutical, medical device, and other types of products liability actions; significant personal injury claims; toxic exposure actions; medical malpractice cases; and trademark, copyright and unfair competition actions. He is also well versed in employment related disputes.

Among other matters currently being handled by the Los Angeles office, Mr. Cirsch is representing plaintiffs in litigation against DePuy Orthopaedics and Johnson & Johnson arising from the recall of metal-on-metal hip replacement prostheses. He further represents CT brain scan patients that received an over-dosage of radiation in litigation against Cedars Sinai Medical Center and GE Healthcare.

Mr. Cirsch is skilled in representing clients in all phases of trial and appellate practice in both state and federal courts. He has also successfully represented clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. He is licensed by the California bar to practice before all courts in the State of California. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Cirsch obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1998. He then earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Cirsch was a member of the St. Thomas Moore Law Honor Society and the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, where he successfully competed on behalf of Loyola in the esteemed ABA moot court competition. Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm, Mr. Cirsch was an associate with the international law firms of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP and Barger & Wolen, LLP.

Lee was recently a featured speaker at the Stafford national product liability webinar titled “Medical Monitoring in Products Liability Claims: Challenges for Plaintiffs and Defendants” in March 2012, providing product liability counsel with a review of medical monitoring in product liability claims.

A native of the Los Angeles area, Mr. Cirsch continues to reside there with his wife Monika and daughter Chloe.
