Marc Pinney is an associate with the Lanier Law Firm, where he practices in the area of toxic torts and asbestos-related injuries.
He earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Lamar University and later received his law degree from the University of Houston, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2004.
Prior to joining the Lanier Law Firm, Mr. Pinney worked for a nationally known plaintiff's firm where he served as lead trial counsel and lead appellate counsel on many cases. He interned with the Honorable Judge Wesley Steen of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, and received an award by the State Bar for Outstanding Law Review Article of the year in 2004.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Pinney was a small business owner and restaurant manager.
Mr. Pinney is admitted to practice in all Texas state and federal courts. He is a member of Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.
He resides in Pasadena where he enjoys playing and watching sports, working out and spending time with his family and friends.
