Paul H. Villalobos joined the Lanier Law Firm in 2010 and practices from his office in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has been a key player in mass tort litigation cases for over 16 years. Paul graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1989 with a BA in History then received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University College of Law in 1993. In his years since graduating, Paul has focused on class action suits, toxic tort cases, environmental law, oil and gas, business and commercial transactions. His skills in negotiations have led to many verdicts and settlements. He continues to use these skills to address the tragic BP Oil Spill incident that has destroyed the lives of many as well as had a horrible environmental impact along the U.S. Southern Coast.
Paul is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State Courts and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Paul is actively involved in the Parish of St. Patrick's Church in New Orleans. He and his wife, Susie, live in the Greater New Orleans area with their children Isabella and Pablo.
