On Monday, January 11th, Mark Lanier will take on machinery giant, Caterpillar and one of their distributors on behalf of a man who was critically injured while operating one of their scrapers.

is announcing a settlement and federal judgment issued in favor of
inventor Mitchell Prust in a patent infringement lawsuit over cloud
storage and cloud computing technology that allows individuals to access computer applications through Internet browsers.
The Lanier Law Firm is announcing the formation of the firm's
International Arbitration and Dispute Practice to handle arbitration
matters for domestic and international companies and the law firms that
represent them. The firm also is announcing plans to open an office in
London in the first quarter of 2010 to expand the role of the new
practice.

settled a case on Sept. 14, 2009 for a family from Cape Coral, Florida,
whose 18-month-old son was killed in 2006 after a children's dresser
tipped over and fell on the child.
