Federal Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the Multidistrict Litigation.

student-athlete in a lawsuit against the National Collegiate Athletic
Association (NCAA) that will help save college athletes’ lives for years

In the April 2009 edition of the New England Journal of Medicine, the
executive editor, managing editor and editor-in-chief of the highly
regarded medical publication joined together to write an editorial that
calls for Congress to allow lawsuits against medical device

Evenflo Company Inc. of Miamisburg, Ohio, has issued an expanded recall
for Evenflo Majestic™ high chairs manufactured between January 2007 and
December 2008. More than 600,000 of these chairs were sold in popular
retail stores like Target and Wal-Mart.
