Unpaid insurance claims continue to plague homeowners even though it's been more than year since Hurricane Ike
hit the Texas coast and several months since hail storms ruined
hundreds of homes in Georgia near Atlanta.
The Lanier Law Firm's own Phillip Sanov was interviewed by the National Law Journal
regarding a recent report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. In
the September 9, 2009, report it was stated that Americans are filing
more suspicious insurance claims this year than in previous years.
Phillip Sanov, who fights for the rights of property owners, who are
victims of bad faith tactics from insurance companies, was there to point out an alternate school of thought and why he thought this report was published in the first place.
