Lanier to Speak at American Association for Justice Pharmaceutical Litigation Seminar

W. Mark Lanier, founder of The Lanier Law Firm, will be the featured guest at the Oct. 29, 2007, American Association for Justice Pharmaceutical Update Seminar, Pharma and Beyond: Litigation Today.

Duragesic Fentanyl Patch

Product recalls have been issued for fentanyl patches following two safety warnings from the FDA and reports of hundreds of deaths and serious injuries among patients and their caregivers.
