Nine Lanier Law Firm Attorneys Recognized on List of Texas Super Lawyers

HOUSTON – Nine attorneys from The Lanier Law Firm have earned spots on the 2020 Texas Super Lawyers list.  

 

Firm founder W. Mark Lanier Named Among Nation’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers by Benchmark Litigation

HOUSTON – Mark Lanier, founder of The Lanier Law Firm, has been recognized as one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America” in the Benchmark Litigation guide to the nation’s finest litigators.

Judge Rules Tamiflu-Maker Hoffman-La Roche Must Answer Whistleblower Fraud Claims

Lawsuit seeks more than $4B taxpayer recovery for Tamiflu false claims

BALTIMORE – Tamiflu-maker Hoffman-La Roche (OTCMKTS – RHHBY) must answer to whistleblower charges that it falsified claims of Tamiflu’s effectiveness in fighting influenza and fraudulently induced the federal government to stockpile millions of doses for a feared flu pandemic, a federal judge in Maryland ruled Monday.
