Yahoo Exits Email Filtering Patent Battle

Law360, New York (December 07, 2011, 6:59 PM ET) — Yahoo Inc. on Wednesday settled a patent dispute with InNova Patent Licensing LLC in Texas, ending its involvement in a suit accusing dozens of companies including Apple Inc. and Bank of America Corp. of using InNova’s email filtering technology without permission.
