What Is the Current State of the Gardasil Litigation?

The state of the Gardasil litigation as of spring 2023 is that a lot of work and discovery is being done to comb through and uncover millions of pages of documents produced by Merck, do expert work up and have the experts look into the client’s cases and explain the science to the judge and eventually a jury. And Bellwether discovery is about to ensue as summer 2023, Bellwether selections are due. So the Gardasil case is moving very quickly, and we are excited to get justice for our clients in the best way that we can.
