Personal Background
David has worked on numerous MDL’s and state court coordinated litigations, working on all aspects of the cases from general liability discovery to settlement negotiations. He was appointed and served as Liaison Counsel in the New York Bextra/Celebrex Product Liability Litigation and helped secure a $9 million verdict in the NJ Accutane litigation. He takes great pride in representing individuals and their families who have suffered greatly due to the greed of corporate America.
David lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children. Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm, David practiced for over 20 years at Weitz & Luxenberg. He enjoys skiing, hiking, playing golf and softball, and spending time with family and friends.
