Attorney

David L. Rosenband has significant experience handling many types of personal injury claims with a primary focus on litigating and managing complex mass tort product liability cases involving drugs and medical devices.  He has worked on numerous MDL’s and state court coordinated litigations, working on all aspects of the cases from general liability discovery to settlement negotiations.  He was appointed and served as Liaison Counsel in the New York Bextra/Celebrex Product Liability Litigation and helped secure a $9 million verdict in the NJ Accutane litigation.  He takes great pride in representing individuals and their families who have suffered greatly due to the greed of corporate America.
