Lanier Law Firm Adds Corporate Attorney Reagan Bradford in Houston

Former Chesapeake Deputy General Counsel joins accomplished Texas law firm


The Lanier Law Firm has added experienced corporate and litigation attorney Reagan E. Bradford as a member of the firm’s commercial litigation team in Houston to represent clients from a variety of industries.

Mr. Bradford most recently served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Oklahoma City-based Chesapeake Energy Corp., the nation’s second largest natural gas producer. During his nearly six years at Chesapeake, Mr. Bradford handled a wide array of matters involving everything from corporate governance to securities and derivatives litigation to regulatory enforcement.

A frequent author and lecturer, Mr. Bradford has handled high-stakes matters in both state and federal jurisdictions across the nation. He also provides extensive experience in class-action and mass tort cases as well as arbitration proceedings.
