And what I always tell people is that all, all litigation involves some work, and what they need to know though, is we’re gonna do our level best to make sure that we do all the heavy lifting when it comes to the legal part of this.
Yes, we’ll get with you, we’ll go over your work history extensively, we’ll show you pictures of products that you might have worked with, we’ll talk to your coworkers, we’ll talk to your family members, we may have you sign affidavits, we may do your deposition. Your case could go to trial. That’s the exception, not the rule. Most cases do settle, and that’s true with every litigation, but certainly with asbestos litigation.
