Personal Background

Gina Kim is an associate attorney at the Lanier Law Firm, New York office. Gina represents clients in asbestos exposure litigation, with a focus in discovery, legal research, and motion practice.

Gina received her Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Fordham Law Review and was a Stein Scholar in Public Interest Law and Ethics. As a law student, she interned at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and Queens Legal Services.

Gina lives in Jersey City with her husband. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and practicing Pilates.
