The Lanier Law Firm is honored to continue its participation in the 2026 Food from the Bar campaign, supporting the Houston Food Bank. From April 1 to May 1, the firm will join legal professionals across Houston in a concerted effort to collect food, raise funds, and volunteer time to help provide essential assistance to those in need.
The Lanier Law Firm’s Ongoing Commitment to Community Support
For many years, the Lanier Law Firm has been dedicated to helping local organizations, and our involvement with the Houston Food Bank is a key part of that commitment. This year, the firm’s Houston mesothelioma lawyers from the Asbestos Bankruptcy team, led by Maura Kolb, along with staff from our Houston office, will come together to support the food bank’s mission by donating food, funds, and volunteer hours.
The Houston Food Bank plays a vital role in ensuring that families in Houston have access to food and other essential services. By supporting the Food from the Bar campaign, The Lanier Law Firm is helping ensure the food bank can continue serving the most vulnerable members of our community.
“The Lanier Law Firm has been actively volunteering at the Houston Food Bank for over fifteen years. Our efforts during the Food from the Bar program continue year after year because the need doesn’t just go away. Food insecurity is a never-ending issue in Houston, and it requires a continuing response. Serving on the 2026 Steering Committee of this program is an extension of what we do every day. We advocate for those who have been overlooked and ensure they get the support they need.”
