It’s very difficult to put a number on a case whenever we first get it because like individuals, each case is different and so it’s going to be based on the facts of the case, which of course we won’t know all of the facts until we start an investigation and discovery. It’s determined by the seriousness of the injuries. Again, you may not know that for several months if the person is seriously injured, may be undergoing medical treatment for several months or maybe even for a lifetime. So all of those factors will need to be taken into consideration before you can actually put a value on the case.
