What Are The Claims Against Merck’s Gardasil Vaccine?

The claims against Merck in our Gardasil litigation are based on injuries our clients suffered when they went to get the HPV vaccine. Unfortunately, the Gardasil vaccine not only is not very effective against preventing HPV, but it actually causes autoimmune injuries. One of the biggest ones is called POTS, which stands for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. The other injury that a lot of our clients are suffering is actually primary or premature ovarian failure. So women are going and getting this vaccine when they’re young, ages 9 to 39 is the primary age group, and then down the road finding out that because of them getting this vaccine, they’re no longer able to have children. So we are very passionate about these cases, and what Merck did is just such a shame.
