M. Clay Fostel

clay-fostel.jpgM. Clay Fostel is an associate with The Lanier Law Firm. A native of Kermit, Texas, Mr. Fostel attended Southern Methodist University and earned his undergraduate degree in psychology in 1996. He then earned his law degree from the South Texas College of Law in Houston, and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2001.

Mr. Fostel is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and The Texas District and County Attorneys Association.

Mr. Fostel’s years of trial experience includes work on a case that resulted in one of the largest verdicts in the nation in 2004, as reported by The National Law Journal. He concentrates his litigation practice on representing plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, products liability, toxic torts, wrongful death and asbestos litigation.

Mr. Fostel lives in Houston with his wife, Lauren, and daughter, Sophia, where they are members of St. Luke's United Methodist Church.  Mr. Fostel is an avid sports fan and loves to cook.
