During more than 20 years of trial practice, Mr. Taschner has worked for the world's largest law firm in addition to serving as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous significant cases, including claims involving complex class actions, commercial litigation, product liability, consumer protection, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, intellectual property, Internet, technology, domestic and international business disputes, unfair business practices, price discrimination, major felonies (federal drug task force/conspiracies), Constitutional law, entertainment, international trademark and brand protection, privacy, and electronic commerce.
Mr. Taschner has represented clients from more than a dozen countries in cases before state and federal courts in the United States, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, and arbitration proceedings spanning the globe. He previously served as an Attorney Settlement Officer for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in cases involving class-action and product liability claims. He also is a member of the WIPO International Panel of Arbitrators.
