Dana Taschner is Senior Counsel for The Lanier Law Firm and leads the firm's international practice group. Mr. Taschner has represented clients from more than a dozen countries in cases before state and federal courts in the United States, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, and arbitration proceedings spanning the globe. He previously served as an Attorney Settlement Officer for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in cases involving class-action and product liability claims. He also is a member of the WIPO International Panel of Arbitrators, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and the London Court of International Arbitration.
