Dana Taschner is Senior Counsel for The Lanier Law Firm and leads the firm's international practice group. Named in Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers, Mr. Taschner has earned a global reputation as one of the finest plaintiff lawyers in the world due to his exceptional experience in coordinating nationwide, multidistrict, and international cases involving complex legal issues. Mr. Taschner's work in significant national and international litigation has been the subject of media coverage from national and international news outlets such as CNN, 60 Minutes, MSNBC, CNBC, The New York Times, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, Yomiuri Shimbun, and Times of India. Mr. Taschner served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous significant cases, including claims involving complex class actions, commercial litigation, product liability, consumer protection, intellectual property, business disputes, Constitutional law, entertainment, international litigation, privacy, and electronic commerce. Dana has been significantly involved in over a dozen cases before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, with aggregate settlements or verdicts exceeding $20 Billion.

Mr. Taschner has represented clients from more than a dozen countries in cases before state and federal courts in the United States, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, and arbitration proceedings spanning the globe. He previously served as an Attorney Settlement Officer for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in cases involving class-action and product liability claims. He also is a member of the WIPO International Panel of Arbitrators, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and the London Court of International Arbitration. Mr. Taschner is a former national co-chair of the Federal Bar Association Appellate Practice Committee, and he was selected by the American Bar Association as the Sole Practitioner of the Year in 1998 among a field of more than 200,000 lawyers in North America.

Mr. Taschner has authored numerous articles on various legal topics.
